SHPK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHPK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,676 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHPK-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZC3H18, ORC5, and SPATA5L1. Each is linked with SHPK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHPK-to-partner and partner-to-SHPK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHPK→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHPK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
