Across TCGA cell cohorts, SHPK RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,582 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHPK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of spindle localization, Spindle localization, and Nucleosome disassembly. Each is linked with SHPK in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHPK-to-partner and partner-to-SHPK results are reported.
