SHOX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHOX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,537 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHOX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FKBP10, CTHRC1, and FAP. Each is linked with SHOX2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHOX2-to-partner and partner-to-SHOX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHOX2 versus FKBP10 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHOX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHOX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
