SHOX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHOX2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHOX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, Rad50, and TIGAR. Each is linked with SHOX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHOX2-to-partner and partner-to-SHOX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by SHOX2-low versus SHOX2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHOX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHOX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
