SHOX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SHOX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHOX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4D1, KRT28, and DAOA. Each is linked with SHOX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHOX2-to-partner and partner-to-SHOX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4D1 grouped by SHOX2-low versus SHOX2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHOX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHOX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
