Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHISA5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,769 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SHISA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-88P, E2F1, and FANCI. Each is linked with SHISA5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHISA5-to-partner and partner-to-SHISA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHISA5 versus RNU1-88P in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHISA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHISA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
