Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHISA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,302 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SHISA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, RNA5SP432, and RN7SL140P. Each is linked with SHISA5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHISA5-to-partner and partner-to-SHISA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by SHISA5-low versus SHISA5-high in UCEC.
