Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHCBP1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,606 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SHCBP1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-241P, MTND5P31, and UHRF1. Each is linked with SHCBP1L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHCBP1L-to-partner and partner-to-SHCBP1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-241P grouped by SHCBP1L-low versus SHCBP1L-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHCBP1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHCBP1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
