The most reproducible SHCBP1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mRNA 3'-end processing, Regulation of interleukin-18 production, and Negative regulation of nucleocytoplasmic transport. Each is linked with SHCBP1L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHCBP1L-to-partner and partner-to-SHCBP1L results are reported.
