SHCBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHCBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,196 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHCBP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRIM2, TOP2A, and TRIP13. Each is linked with SHCBP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHCBP1-to-partner and partner-to-SHCBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHCBP1 versus PRIM2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHCBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHCBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
