SHC3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,959 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEH1, SYP, and BEX4. Each is linked with SHC3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHC3-to-partner and partner-to-SHC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHC3 versus MAGEH1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
