Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHARPIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,095 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SHARPIN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PYCR3, SCRIB, and THEM6. Each is linked with SHARPIN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHARPIN-to-partner and partner-to-SHARPIN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHARPIN versus PYCR3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHARPIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHARPIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
