Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHARPIN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,040 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHARPIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are DYNC1I1, RIMKLA, and DLX6-AS1. Each is linked with SHARPIN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHARPIN-to-partner and partner-to-SHARPIN results are reported.
