SH3D19

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3D19 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,097 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3D19-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLT8D2, NEXN, and PODN. Each is linked with SH3D19 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3D19-to-partner and partner-to-SH3D19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SH3D19 versus GLT8D2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH3D19→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH3D19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
