Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3BP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,340 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3BP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SKAP2, DOCK2, and MYO1G. Each is linked with SH3BP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3BP1-to-partner and partner-to-SH3BP1 results are reported.
