SH3BP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3BP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,234 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3BP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAC2, EBI3, and IL18RAP. Each is linked with SH3BP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3BP1-to-partner and partner-to-SH3BP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SH3BP1 versus RAC2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH3BP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH3BP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
