SH3BGRL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3BGRL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,021 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3BGRL-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAET1M, MTCO3P30, and KRTAP9-10P. Each is linked with SH3BGRL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3BGRL-to-partner and partner-to-SH3BGRL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAET1M grouped by SH3BGRL-low versus SH3BGRL-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH3BGRL→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH3BGRL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
