Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SH2D4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,308 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH2D4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are DYDC2, WBP2NL, and SFT2D2. Each is linked with SH2D4B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH2D4B-to-partner and partner-to-SH2D4B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SH2D4B versus DYDC2 in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH2D4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH2D4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
