Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH2D4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,533 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH2D4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEGR1-IT1, PANK4, and SDC3. Each is linked with SH2D4A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH2D4A-to-partner and partner-to-SH2D4A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NEGR1-IT1 grouped by SH2D4A-low versus SH2D4A-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH2D4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH2D4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
