Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH2D3C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,052 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH2D3C-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACVRL1, DIPK2B, and CDH5. Each is linked with SH2D3C in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH2D3C-to-partner and partner-to-SH2D3C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SH2D3C versus ACVRL1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH2D3C→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH2D3C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
