SH2D3C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH2D3C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,303 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH2D3C-associated genes across cancer lineages are BAG3, SEC13, and MED8. Each is linked with SH2D3C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH2D3C-to-partner and partner-to-SH2D3C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BAG3 grouped by SH2D3C-low versus SH2D3C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH2D3C→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH2D3C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
