Across TCGA cell cohorts, SH2D3C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,928 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH2D3C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to starvation, Response to amino acid starvation, and Regulation of TORC1 signaling. Each is linked with SH2D3C in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH2D3C-to-partner and partner-to-SH2D3C results are reported.
