SH2B3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH2B3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,082 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH2B3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEKHO2, STAB1, and GIMAP8. Each is linked with SH2B3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH2B3-to-partner and partner-to-SH2B3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SH2B3 versus PLEKHO2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH2B3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH2B3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
