SH2B3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH2B3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH2B3-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, A-Raf_pS299, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with SH2B3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH2B3-to-partner and partner-to-SH2B3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by SH2B3-low versus SH2B3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH2B3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH2B3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
