Across TCGA cell cohorts, SH2B3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,037 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH2B3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are PML body organization, Negative regulation of receptor signaling pathway via STAT, and Megakaryocyte differentiation. Each is linked with SH2B3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH2B3-to-partner and partner-to-SH2B3 results are reported.
