Across TCGA cell cohorts, SH2B3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH2B3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCGB1D4, TCF15, and KRTAP4-4. Each is linked with SH2B3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH2B3-to-partner and partner-to-SH2B3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCGB1D4 grouped by SH2B3-low versus SH2B3-high in OVARY.
