Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH2B1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,138 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH2B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD2BP2, KAT8, and ZNF688. Each is linked with SH2B1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH2B1-to-partner and partner-to-SH2B1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SH2B1 versus CD2BP2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH2B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH2B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
