SGPL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGPL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,632 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-633P, DUTP5, and OR7E101P. Each is linked with SGPL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGPL1-to-partner and partner-to-SGPL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-633P grouped by SGPL1-low versus SGPL1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
