SGCE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGCE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,800 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGCE-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS27P5, GAGE2E, and GTSE1-DT. Each is linked with SGCE in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGCE-to-partner and partner-to-SGCE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS27P5 grouped by SGCE-low versus SGCE-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGCE→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGCE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
