SGCA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGCA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,270 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGCA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT2, SYNPO2, and TMOD2. Each is linked with SGCA in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGCA-to-partner and partner-to-SGCA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SGCA versus FERMT2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGCA→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGCA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
