Across TCGA patient cohorts, SF3B4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,582 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SF3B4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DKC1, MRPL9, and SEPTIN4. Each is linked with SF3B4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SF3B4-to-partner and partner-to-SF3B4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SF3B4 versus DKC1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
