SETP21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETP21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,319 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SETP21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATL3, ZNF740_S44, and UPP1. Each is linked with SETP21 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETP21-to-partner and partner-to-SETP21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETP21→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETP21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
