Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,362 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SETP10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP1, ZNF638_S1401, and RPRD2. Each is linked with SETP10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETP10-to-partner and partner-to-SETP10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SETP10 versus PARP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
