SETD7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETD7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,235 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SETD7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP411, RNY4P27, and SMIM11A. Each is linked with SETD7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETD7-to-partner and partner-to-SETD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP411 grouped by SETD7-low versus SETD7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
