SETD1A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETD1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,701 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SETD1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNHG20, ZNF174, and ZNF213-AS1. Each is linked with SETD1A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETD1A-to-partner and partner-to-SETD1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SETD1A versus SNHG20 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETD1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETD1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
