Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETD1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 28,144 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SETD1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CREBBP, AQR, and NIPBL. Each is linked with SETD1A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETD1A-to-partner and partner-to-SETD1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SETD1A versus CREBBP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETD1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETD1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
