Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERTAD4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,241 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERTAD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF506, ENO3, and NT5C. Each is linked with SERTAD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERTAD4-to-partner and partner-to-SERTAD4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERTAD4 versus ZNF506 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERTAD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERTAD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
