Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SERTAD4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 31 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SERTAD4 data layer compared with 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher SERTAD4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SERTAD4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and THYM show a favorable association.

UVM, KIRC, and THYM are the cancer types where SERTAD4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
