SERTAD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERTAD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 96 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERTAD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-391P, MIR548B, and PABPC1P5. Each is linked with SERTAD3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERTAD3-to-partner and partner-to-SERTAD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-391P grouped by SERTAD3-low versus SERTAD3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERTAD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERTAD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
