Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERTAD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 113 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERTAD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1266, MIR8062, and RNU6-328P. Each is linked with SERTAD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERTAD1-to-partner and partner-to-SERTAD1 results are reported.
