SERPINE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,620 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPINE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C1R, C1S, and CCN1. Each is linked with SERPINE1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINE1-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERPINE1 versus C1R in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPINE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPINE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
