Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,593 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERPINE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC11A1, SPP1, and LINC01614. Each is linked with SERPINE1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINE1-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERPINE1 versus SLC11A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPINE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPINE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
