SERPINE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINE1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPINE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT3_pY705, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with SERPINE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINE1-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAT3_pY705 grouped by SERPINE1-low versus SERPINE1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPINE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPINE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
