Across TCGA cell cohorts, SERPINE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,018 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPINE1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Dentinogenesis, Regulation of smooth muscle cell-matrix adhesion, and Fibrinolysis. Each is linked with SERPINE1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINE1-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINE1 results are reported.
