SERPINE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SERPINE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPINE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR101, PRAMEF9, and C16orf90. Each is linked with SERPINE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINE1-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR101 grouped by SERPINE1-low versus SERPINE1-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPINE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPINE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
