SERPINC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 918 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPINC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS17P3, SLC25A5P9, and NPM1P45. Each is linked with SERPINC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINC1-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS17P3 grouped by SERPINC1-low versus SERPINC1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPINC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPINC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
