Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERF1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,027 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERF1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Rescue of stalled ribosome, Transport along microtubule, and Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay. Each is linked with SERF1A in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERF1A-to-partner and partner-to-SERF1A results are reported.
