SERF1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SERF1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,544 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERF1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to non-motile cilium, Purkinje myocyte action potential, and Membrane depolarization during Purkinje myocyte cell action potential. Each is linked with SERF1A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERF1A-to-partner and partner-to-SERF1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein localization to non-motile cilium grouped by SERF1A-low versus SERF1A-high in OESOPHAGUS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERF1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERF1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
