Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERAC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,827 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERAC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COASY, RNA5SP502, and RNU6-336P. Each is linked with SERAC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERAC1-to-partner and partner-to-SERAC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COASY grouped by SERAC1-low versus SERAC1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERAC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERAC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
