SEPTIN7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEPTIN7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,018 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEPTIN7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCRN1, SEPTIN2, and FERMT2. Each is linked with SEPTIN7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN7-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEPTIN7 versus SCRN1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEPTIN7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEPTIN7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
